Blend 2 scoops of SOULFUEL Protein supplement with a glass of water or skim milk, a few slices of your favourite fruit and ice cubes in a food processor.
Blend 3 scoops of SOULFUEL Protein Supplement with fruits, a tbsp of oats powder and emon juice to a smooth mixture. Pour into a saucepan and bring to boil. Cook on low flame for 2 minutes and stir at regular intervals. Once it has thickened, transfer to a fondue pot and serve with fruit slices.
